Risk, Payments & Fraud Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing incoming and outgoing customer payments within SLA, as well as executing daily reports and performing risk assessments of players
  • Verifying KYC documents
  • Answering CS queries with regards to responsible gaming, payments and fraud
  • Mandatory customer checks as per regulations and request necessary documents as needed
  • Determine potential addictive behaviour and act according to agreed procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1 year of previous experience in the iGaming industry in payments, fraud or related position
  • Knowledge about online payment systems, regulations and understanding of KYC
  • Able to work under pressure and within a dynamic multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Efficient and organized
  • Results-driven and a "go getter" mentality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Energetic team player, with great communication skills, a super work ethic and at least an entry level experience in iGaming Risk and Fraud.
