Shop Administrator

Health Professionals Part-time
Key Responsibilities:

Tasks will involve:

  • making appointments
  • answering the phone
  • emails
  • social media
  • scanning
  • printing 
  • looking after a shop
  • preparing invoices
  • talking to customers.

Working hours: 30 hour week. Morning (8-2pm) or Afternoon (1.30-6pm) 

Qualifications & Skills:
  • be fluent in speaking and writing English and Maltese
  • have at least an O Level of education
  • be ready to learn and work in a team and under pressure
Salary Comment:

Hourly rate: €8-10 per hour
