• Setup and safely operate production equipment when needed, and ensure that is maintained in good and safe working condition
• Produce production quantities (with precision and patience to handle sensitive adhesive materials), at high quality levels, within defined target durations
• Visual and functional inspections, testing and result reporting according to internal work instructions and procedures of either your work, or other sub-assemblies produced by other individuals
• Quality checking of finished goods, and packing; ensuring that the product and the overall package reaching the end-client is of standard visual quality
• Evaluate assembly, manufacturing or equipment performance and recommend improvements with regards to production efficiency and/or safety
• Keep work areas in compliance with company housekeeping standards (cleaning required)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience is not required as on the job training would be given
• Candidate must be self-motivated to learn, have a very good eye to detail, and patience to work with delicate materials and processes
• Must be able to communicate in Maltese and/or English (and able to write and read to understand internal production and safety procedures)
• Ideally be computer literate and knows basic use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (to fill in end-of-day testing reports)
• Able to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment, under pressure within a team with minimal supervision
• Organised, hardworking and clean appearance

Candidate should have delicate hands and must be patient. Materials used are very delicate. Small hands with a soft touch is an asset. Role includes working both on the machines as well as in assembly Character should be hard working highly responsible. Person should be friendly and open to work in a multicultural environment. High levels of cleanliness and hygiene also important. .

Shift work. 40 hours a week. Plus overtime at time and a half. 

€5.50 per hour or €11,440 per annum not including overtime.
